How customers consent to receive text messages from Fitchin Auto Detail & Tint.

Customers opt in to text messages from Fitchin Auto Detail & Tint by submitting the quote form on the homepage at fitchindetailingandtint.com. The quote form includes an optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form.

When a customer checks the box and submits the form, their phone number, the exact consent text shown above the checkbox, and a server-side timestamp are recorded as proof of opt-in. The customer can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send.
