Program Description
We use this program to send transactional text messages to customers who have requested a quote or booked an appointment through our website. Messages include quote-ready notifications, appointment confirmations, deposit receipts, scheduling updates, and appointment reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
How to Opt In
You opt in by submitting the quote form at fitchindetailingandtint.com and checking the optional SMS consent box on that form. The exact checkbox label is:
"I agree to receive SMS messages from Fitchin Auto Detail & Tint about my quote, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, deposit receipts, and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit the quote form, request a quote, or book an appointment. The SMS checkbox is unchecked by default; you must affirmatively check it to receive text messages. Consent is captured and timestamped on our server when the form is submitted.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us — typically only when there is an event tied to your quote or appointment (quote ready, appointment confirmed, deposit received, schedule changed, reminder before your appointment).

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Fitchin Auto Detail & Tint is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this program. You can also opt out by calling or texting (740) 610-5827.
